From Update 22D onwards, you can create large line volume negotiations using File-Based Data Import(FBDI) and background processing. These are called large negotiations.

Following are the steps to import negotiation lines to large negotiations:

·        Prerequisite: Create a draft large negotiation

·        Download the import negotiation lines template from Oracle Help Center

·        Remove worksheets not required for your use case. For example if the negotiation outcome is a purchase order whose lines only has external cost factors, then delete following sheets – LinesAgreementOutcome, QuantityBasedPriceTiers, PriceBreaks
