NEW PRINT ACTION FOR JOB APPLICATIONS- issue with attachments & Hyperlink

Summary:

In the below delivery methods we are getting a notification respectively.

• Print Action Download Notification (IRC_PRINT_ACTION_DOWNLOAD): This notification is used when the PDFs of the printed job applications are attached to the notification. - The link in this notification is accessed by other users incase if we forwarded the email to them and able to download the attachment.
• Print Action Hyperlink Notification (IRC_PRINT_ACTION_HYPERLINK): This notification is used when the PDFs of the printed job applications can be downloaded using a link. - The hyper link received in the notification is working only for the user who printed the job application.
