Workaround for the error code CMP-1005623) (Doc ID 2810070.1)

Summary: Since there is a limitation from moving from rate based salary basis to non-rate based salary basis currently, what is the best way to work around this obstacle?

Content (required):

Few Employees need to be moved from Rate Based Salary Basis to Non-rate Salary Basis. There is limitation as this can not be done with the current product offering.

Though we still have to do this, one such way is deleting all the salary records with rate based salary basis and create them back again with non-rate salary basis. This is not very great way, is there some other solution?
