Summary:

We would like to create a Journey that notifies an employee and their manager when a particular Certificate or Licence is due to expire so that appropriate action can be taken.

Content (required):

We will be using the document records and Area of Responsibilities. Is it possible to trigger a Journey based on an end date that has been pre-defined in the system for that employee?
