In TR meeting task notification the actions option is not working

Hi,

We are facing an issue in TR meeting task notification. When a task is added to the manager he gets the notification that he was added , in the notification there is an option called "actions". In actions there are options to request information, create subtask, delete the meeting. But none of them are working when clicked on those options.
