EPS element by delegate/EPS element by owner analysis not displaying hierarchy data

Summary:

After Creating EPS element assigning delegate and assigning projects under it, when we run the EPS element by delegate/EPS element by owner analysis- these do not displaying our hierarchy data? Please advise why it is not displaying though the configuration is done.
