Details: This set of employees work in the below fashion in their two weeks.

Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

9, 9, 9, 9, 8(4 hours of Friday count towards week 1 and the other 4 towards week 2)

9, 9, 9, 9, Day Off

As you can see, employees work 44hrs in week 1 and 36hrs in week2. To calculate the OT hours, we are creating a midday break on the OTL side. That is, the first Friday hours up until 12Noon, would be considered to calculate the OT hours of week1 and the rest of the hours worked on that Friday would be considered for calculating OT hours of week 2.
