The requirement is that when an employee add an absence on Working Holiday leave the hours duration logged on that absence type should be added on Holiday Off absence plan this is working as expected but the issue here is when an employee add a past dated Working Holiday leave the hours did not directly add on the absence plan. I need to withdraw then recalculate the plan in order for the hours to be added in the absence plan. Is there any other way the hours will be added directly to the plan without recalculating again?
