Searchable past experience functionality

Summary:

Our Sr leadership is looking for a place in Oracle where we can collect team member past experiences such as past external roles, board, and community involvement to be used as a part of talent planning and succession. It can be standalone in Oracle, however they want to be able to see what past experience team members have. How can we make this searchable?

Does this function exist in Oracle, or does anyone have any ideas on how to best achieve this?
