Summary:

Looking to be able to layer filters. An example would be that I want to only pull department names that start with a specific sequence of numbers AND have/don't have a specific legal employer.

If a department name starts with 110 and the legal employer is Smith & Co, I do not want to see it on the report. If a dept name starts with 110 and the legal employer is anything else besides Smith & Co, I want to see it on the report.

Is this possible?
