Is it possible to link the HMRC data retrieval process flow with the Load HMRC XML File?

Is it possible to link the HMRC data retrieval process flow with the Load HMRC XML File? Initial advice received was that this was possible, followed the guidance and the load flow failed at the first task. Advice given now is that it is not possible to link the retrieval process with the load.

The idea of linking is to say that once the retrieval process has completed, then start the load process.
