Can you upload Zip codes for Comp Zones by HDL? If not, any faster ways to upload?

Summary:

I have been working with Oracle document 2605772.1 for the upload process and was able to successfully upload some a few zip codes as a POC. However, it is very cumbersome and requires each zip code to be on the 2 lines of code. Since we are doing a one-time set-up, this will be very tedious. Has anyone successfully uploaded many zip codes in US? And are there any tips on achieving this in quicker manner via the upload process.
