Proposed Job Code Not In List
Summary: A new job code was added to Job Details in Workforce Structures. The Comp Admin wants to add this new job code for a promotion in Workforce Compensation. When the Admin goes to Proposed Job in the worksheet and searches for the new job code, the job code is not in list for one of the plans. I have never seen this before. What is more curious is that the job code does display in the Proposed Job list for another plan.
Content (required): The compensation plan cycle dates are 1/1/2022 - 12/21/2022. The effective date of the new job code is 10/1/2022.
