23A and Impact to Active Plans
Summary:
If we have a plan that is already launched/active and the new changes to Workforce Compensation are applied from 23A in the middle of our launch will there be any impact to our launched plans by these new changes? This is our first year running our Annual Merit Increase using Oracle Fusion HCM.
