Wanted to understand concept of "Eligible Jobs" in Oracle Fusion Cloud Core HR.

  1. How can I map Positions to Eligible Jobs?
  2. How to define different payroll relationships for Eligible Jobs?
  3. How will it considers different locations?
  4. Why do we even need to create Eligible Jobs when we have Secondary assignment Functionality. How different Eligible jobs is when compared to Secondary assignment?
