Can we customize the Job requisition fields based on some criteria?

For example- While creating Job Requisition, in Details section under regular or temporary if I select as temporary then in the work requirement section - work duration days, work duration months and work duration years should be visible

In the same way if I select regular in details section under regular or temporary, Work duration days, work duration months and work duration years should not be visible in the Work requirement section.
