Dynamic calculation column is not working in manage spreadsheet

Hi, 

while using manage spreadsheet loader to enter bonuses and upload to plan, the calculated dynamic column are not calculating in the spreadsheet. 
if using the plan without the spreadsheet, the dynamic column working OK- 
'bonus recommendation amount' - the column we are entering the given bonus, then the next column 'bonus recommendation as number of salaries'- is not calculated in spreadsheet.. 

any help will be appreciated.
