Failing to load due date change

Summary:

Need to change due date of performance document participants but getting error with HDL

Content (required):

We are having delay in our performance process in the company and urgently need to adjust all the due dates.

We have due date on Participant feedback step and we need to postpone it.

I tried to do it using HDL in file PerfDocComplete.dat

with the following content (Stakeholder is a type of participant)
