Journeys- More than 1 time same employee is listing while assigning Journey

Summary:

Hello team,

When Line Manager assigns Journeys to employee by following below path-

My team>journeys>Explore>Click the required Journey >Assign Journey>Whom is the Journey for > Select a Person > Search say XYZ -it shows more than one times, same employee instead of showing 1 time.

Issue-Why is that so?

Note- Only 1 assignment is active, 1 Person type is there.

Kindly help.
