Option for cancelling the interview even after the interview has started

Currently, the recruiter is able to cancel an interview they created if the interview hasn't started yet. As soon as the interview starts (based on the start time defined while creating the interview), there is no action that the recruiter can take on the interview. We would like to know if there is a way to make the "Cancel Interview" option available even after interview start time has passed.
