How to configure from email address for notifications from CRM cloud (Lead Assignment)
Summary: We have configured a custom email notification for Lead assignment and the notification is triggered when a lead is assigned to a sales rep, but the from email address in the notification is of a different entity.
Content (required): The client has 2 subsidiaries, Organization A & Organization B. The from email address in the lead notification is always of OrganizationB (Noreply@organizationB.com) irrespective of the lead created in Organization A or B
The requirement is if the lead is assigned to the user in Organization A the from email address should be of Organization A (Noreply@organizationA.com) and vice versa
