How to limit the number of compensated workers within the compensation plan

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to set up an automatic alert on the number of workers allowed to receive salary incentives within the compensation plan.

For example, there are 5 workers and as manager, I am allowed to give an incentive only to 3 of them.

It can be just a warning, not necessarily blocking.
