Can we restrict the employees displaying on the Hiring Manager field

Summary:

Hi 

While creating a Requisition under Hiring Team section we need only the Hiring manager name should come on the Hiring Manager field. But when we type any active Employee name in the field, it is showing now. But we need only a specific Employee should come under the field.

Now on the Hiring Manager field we need to type a person name to select the Hiring Manager. But to show only a specific employee in the Hiring Manager field under Hiring Team, can we change this field type as standard dropdown where we can select only a specific person?
