Hi,

we would like to give to the learners the possibility to mark the unattended activities for the instructor led offerings. Indeed now the learners have only the possibility to mark the activities as completed. However this behavior does not allow to have a reliable reporting, because there is not the possibility to differentiate the present learners from the absent ones. The only possibility, as HR Administrator is that to mark (for every single user) the activities as 'Exempted' or Not Passed', but this requires a really high effort for the HR user.
