How are Jeopardy Start and End dates are populated in a sales order for each task?

Hi,

How are Jeopardy Start and End dates are populated in a sales order for each task when a sales order is submitted.

Also for few sales orders, few tasks like Awaiting shipping shows Jeopardy dates in future like around 2 years ahead.

Refer attached screenshot where Planned start date and Planned Completion date is showing a difference of 2 years.

How these dates are calculated?
