Autocomplete Rule - Default Action on job offer

Summary:

I am unable to default the action on Job offer page. I have submitted the use case 41 to Oracle with Below Criteria, still under review.

Content (required):

Case 1

New Hire The person has no work relationship and job history then Default the action as EMPL_ADD_PWK Add Pending Worker

Case 2

Rehire The person has a record in the application, but has no active work relationship then Default the action as ORA_EMPL_WR_PWK Add Pending Work Relationship

Case 3

Local Change The person has one active work relationship with the same worker type and legal employer as the job offer. then Default it to EMPL_ADD_ASG Add Assignment
