EEO/Diversity Questions in Advanced eOffer Process
Due to our recruiting team working job fairs, we now have a large population of candidates that are not completing an initial application. These candidates are being added into the requisitions manually by Recruiters and therefore are not presented with diversity questions. Candidates are sent correspondence to complete the EEO data, but the completion rate is very low.
The main concern is missing gender data for candidates that are being hired, since it is required for issuing health insurance. All of our offers are done via the Advanced E Offer process, which does not allow us to add system diversity questions into the process.
