We completed calibration and run the HR Transfer and process the workforce compensation change statements. Entries were posted successfully in element entries and statements are visible for employees in Self-service. Also, statements are visible under statements tab in the worksheet acting as proxy manager as any manager or as the top person in the hierarchy. However, statements are not visible in manager self-service in the worksheet (statements tab) it comes blank.

I suspect is a security issue (missing a custom role or security role). It is visible acting as proxy manager but not in the manager self -service account.
