What is the best place to keep job descriptions in Oracle HCM so that employees can search for jobs and view the job descriptions and requirements to allow them to do their career planning?

I know we can create job profiles, but the description field for job profile only allows plain text, and does not allow any space, bullet points, links, etc. (See screenshot below) In addition, the text get truncated in the end user view if it is too long.

Does anyone store job descriptions in Oracle HCM cloud? If yes, can you share your experience / recommendations?
