Hi Team,

I have created new set of questionnaire but during talent review, when line manager is doing 'Prepare Review Content' upon selecting 'Complete Potential Assessment' it is showing blank screen. It is not picking up own own set of questionnaire rather it is picking up oracle default delivered (questionnaire code: 200). Where can we map our questionnaire with the potential assessment?

Or is it like we should always edit oracle seeded questionnaire and add our questions over there? 

Please provide your thoughts on this.
