Journal not getting posted in the Reporting Ledger

Summary:

System is trying to use inverser rate upto 6/7 places of decimal in the Reporting ledger

Content (required):

Hello, we have INR Primary ledger & an associated Reporting ledger in USD, Suspense not allowed in the Primary ledger.

However we are unable to post any INR journals in the Primary ledger due to the error-> The journal is unbalanced and suspense isn't enabled for ledger IN USGAAP INR RL(USD). Details: You must enable suspense or correct the amounts.

In that context, when we further researched, we found that  even if we are entering daily rates with three places of decimal in the current rates spreadsheet, also we are manually updating the inverse rates to 3 places of decimal, still system is trying to use Inverse Rate of upto 6 places of decimal and not allowing to proceed without enabling the Suspense at the ledger level.
