How to stop printing Terms and conditions added on Purchase order using terms template on PO PDF

Content (required):

We have a requirement to add terms template on PO and these terms and conditions added via template should not get printed when clicked on View PDF on PO. Currently it is appending the "Contracts Template" assigned in Configure Procurement Business Function--> Documents --> Purchase Order. Is there anyway that we stop printing this template.
