Wondering if anyone has a working Area of Responsibility Report they can share?

Content (required):

We're struggling to get our AoR report working, created as an analysis, its currently pulling all AoR types currently available in the system and applying them against all employees listed in the report, its not pulling AoR types currently applied to the individual and producing a report of only employees who have AoR types applied to

So thinking this cannot be created as an analysis report but needs to be a BI Report?
