Hello All,

 Is there a way in TBE 18B to pull a list of candidates that may have started the application process but have not completed/submitted the application. We have few isolated incidents where the candidate were unable to complete the application through career center site and they have to be manually created in system. Being able to see who all have started the application process and know which applicants have not completed the application process will help to see if  the candidate have any problem with application process.
