How to build question with response as media(video, PDF, Image, Etc)
Summary: We want to build a question which response back with the media(E.g : When end user search for "What is my HR Policy?", Bot respond with the HR POLICY document in the form of pdf). In answer intents we have option to have rich text, Image, URL but not PDF or Video. Also, where these medias can be stored to generate URL and put it in response.
