Hello,

I am not sure how it works when we enable 'Request eligibility change' in the Notifications page of the Workforce compensation plan.

Content (required):

I did a test for a manager with Act As Proxy :

  • in the plan, I selected an employee and requested an eligibility change
  • an alert appeared 'Approval is pending to change the worker's eligibility

How do I approve the eligibility change for the employee ?
