How do you add FLSA to an existing element?

Most of our elements are not counting towards FLSA. I searched through all of the elements to find which ones have FLSA and a handful have an indirect element that ends with "FLSA_ONLY". Is there a way to go back and add the FLSA indirect (I presume it's an indirect) to an existing element? If so, is it possible to do it en masse?
