23A late hire process - when to run it?
Summary:
Content (required):
I have enabled the new late hire feature introduced in 23A (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/23a/faagp/retroactive-pay-for-late-hires.html#s20078315) but I'm not quite clear on when to run the Evaluate Late Hires payroll process in relation to the normal Recalculate Payroll for Retroactive Changes and Calculate Payroll. Do we run Evaluate Late Hires before or after these? And does the retropay calculated during the Evaluate Late Hire process flow only show when viewing that process or will in show in the main Calculate Payroll, like any other retro payment does?
Thanks!
