Link memo line to a specific GL Account but not the revenue account

Summary:

We have a requirement to add a new memo line but this memo line should be assigned to a specific GL account. The reason behind this is for the user to view the total paid amount in a year for the created memo line.

Is there a way to assign a different account to a specific memo line only? Currently, majority of the values in the Manage AutoAccounting Rules are coming from the accounts defined in the transaction types. Kindly, see the screenshot attached the memo line mentiones is in line 1.
