Duplicate lines in Fixed Asset Depreciation report

I've created a simple analysis that pulls the depreciation details from the application and presents it in an overview.

There's an issue where some (not all) assets show a duplicate line if they are completely depreciated.

Here is an example of two assets where this issue occurs:

We only want to see the rows where Beginning/Ending NBV is not both zero. Though there is also other rows where this is the case, which we want to keep (they are not duplicated).
