Salary and Grade Information Access Among All the System

Summary:

We're implementing Compensation Management. The salary and grade information are not recorded in Fusion at all, they're used in 3rd part payroll system. The salary and grade info will now be imported in Fusion Base Pay. These information need to be only accessible to the compensation HR team in the headquarter, they should be ecluded from all the other local HR teams, Lİne managers, employees and non-HR system users.

We need to restrict/remove the access from the huge number of current/in-use roles. What is the best practice to identify all the salary/grade related privileges in the current role hierarchies and all the UI components/pages that touch the salary data? Is tehre any reference list, document or guideline for salary information security?
