Lost always free resources

Hello,

Suddenly, I started getting the message "You don’t have permission to view these resources in this compartment. Try another compartment, or contact your administrator for help." or "Authorization failed or requested resource not found."

I was using always free eligible resources.

How to fix this issue and regain the access to the resources.
