How to filter the Resource DCL to only show active employee

is there away we can filter the DCL (resource field) that will only show active resource?

we have a field called Data Owner where in data are based on resource object, however we would like to show only those active resource in the list, i tried to see if we can filter it using advance filter of DCL however i can't see the exact field of reference for active resource
