Information we are capturing through Request information where it is showing in DOR

There is one requirement from client that as part of Request information we will gather few BGV details from candidate as part of form.

We will create one form and trigger that when candidate move to offer accepted state

Request you to please provide details like whatever data we are capturing as part of Request information where we can see under core hr once candidate moves to PW/HR

Will it be visible under person management->person->Extra information

How can we remove existing extra information details that are showing by default
