Our tech team with most if not all roles are unable to save added interests on the "Update Interests" page.

Hello! So we have ran into a puzzling bug. All the employees in our organization are able to update their interests on the "Update Interests" page except for our tech team. The tech team has over 60 roles because we work administrative troubleshooting throughout the HCM. Unfortunately, we believe this causes the update interest page from saving our accounts' selections. Does anyone know what roles or privileges might be causing this to occur? Or possible ways to fix this?
