making this change for employees who has access "Contact Info" quick action from "Me" tab will not restrict HR personnel from adding all 4 address types

4 address types , wants to restrict access for only ''Home Address" and "Mailing Address"

making this change for employees who has access "Contact Info" quick action from "Me" tab will not restrict HR personnel from adding all 4 address types
