Need help on arrears balance Report

Hello,

We are trying build a custom arrears balance for both active and terminated employees. We do not have anything available for terminated employees, Currently we are tracking arrears in Deduction report only.

Please provide the Query if anybody has and using. Any leads will be greatly appreciated.
