How can I add a value in the exclusivity lenght field LOV?

Hi,

our client asks to set for an agency an exclusivity lenght value that is not listed in the ORA_IRC_AG_EMBARGO_PERIOD lookup values (18 months). I see that this lookup is a System lookup and so I cannot disable the existing values and add new values. How can I solve this situation? Could I change the meaning and description of an existing value? In this case the lookup code will remain the same, so I don't think it is the correct way to proceed.
