Need to display a single field in a report generated from an HCM extract in Spanish

Etext template is being used to format the XML and generate the csv file

We are using an HCM extract to pick organization data from HCM cloud to Taleo. AN ETEXT template would be used for formatting. Now the department name that is being picked up (source language is ENGLISH) also needs to be displayed in spanish. How can this be achieved? Do we need to to it in template level or some setup in application level?
