What is the equivalent of EBS Request Group in Fusion

Summary:

I would like to know the equivalent of EBS Request Group in Fusion. For Example, I have a project accountant who needs to have access to run and view AP custom reports. In EBS, We normally do this by including the AP Custom Reports in the Request Group assigned to the project accountant responsiblity.

How to achieve this in Fusion?
